No flavour without fire! MIN Maku is a restaurant in the heart of Tampere, located in Technopolis Yliopistonrinne. At the heart of our kitchen glows an authentic Mibrasa charcoal grill, where fish, vegetable, and meat dishes are prepared. The restaurant combines Scandinavian ingredients with Italian flavours. Stop by for breakfast, lunch, or after-work drinks!
The day begins with a nourishing Start Your Day breakfast, and at lunchtime you can enjoy the versatile MIN Lunch Table selection or dishes prepared on the charcoal grill from the MIN Chef menu. Fresh salad options are offered by MIN Boost.
In the afternoons and evenings, MIN Moment brings together light bites, specialty coffees, and sparkling drinks – perfect for relaxed breaks, meetings, and events. The 24/7 MIN Market adds flavour to busy days.
The restaurant will open in August. The opening will be celebrated starting on August 17.
