Avocado-shrimp filling for crisps

Ingredients

rye or oat crisps
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp crème fraîche
100 g of ripe shrimps (frozen)
fresh chili
1 lime juice
a pinch of salt, black pepper

Method

  1. Mix avocado, crème fraîche, spices and lime juice.
  2. Finally, add the melted shrimp to the filling.
  3. Spoon over the rye syrup and enjoy!
