rye or oat crisps
1 can tuna in oil
200 g flavoured cream cheese (chives or sun-dried tomatoes)
100 g creme fraiche
1 small red onion
0.5 teaspoons dried dill
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
black pepper and a pinch of salt
- Chop the red onion and mix the ingredients, except for the crisps.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for a while to season.
- Fill the crisps just before serving.
