Chimichurri dip
2 dl of sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons leaf parsley
2 tablespoons coriander
½ red chilli
1 teaspoon smoked pepper powder salt
- Mix the ingredients in a blender.
Light BBQ dip
2 dl of sour cream
1/2 dl of jalapenos
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon worcester sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper salt
