Rye Button nachos salad

Preparation time: 30 min

Ingredients

2 packs Rye Sport Sour cream
200 g of browned and seasoned minced meat
50 g grated cheese
½ chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
Iceberg lettuce chopped into small pieces
2 tomatoes diced

Also: Guacamole, Salsa, Sour cream sauce

Arrange the products in layers on a plate and enjoy.

Guacamole

2 avocados
½ chopped garlic cloves
½ lime
1 tomato diced
½ chopped onion
1 teaspoon tabasco
salt, black pepper
coriander
drop of olive oil

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and remove the flesh.
  2. Crush the flesh with a fork and add the lime juice.
  3. Add olive oil and chopped garlic.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and seasoning.

Sour cream

½ dl of sour cream
½ dl of mayonnaise (Hellmans)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
0.5 dl of Indian sugar
parsley, chives
salt, black pepper

Mix all the ingredients.

Salsa

200 g of semi-dried sun-dried tomatoes
½ an onion
1 clove of garlic
1 chopped red chilli
juice of 1 lime
0.5 dl of olive oil
salt, black pepper

Chop the tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients.
