1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves of garlic
3 dl of Turkish yoghurt
1 teaspoon black pepper
a drlop of olive oil
- Grate the cucumber. Put it in a sieve and mix with the salt. Allow the excess liquid to drain off for a few minutes, squeezing occasionally with a spoonful of grated cucumber.
- Peel and chop the garlic. Mix all the ingredients.
- Round off the delicious flavour with a drop of olive oil and stir.
- Season with fresh mint. Allow to season in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
