Walnut cereals & cranberries

Preparation time: 20 min


100 g crushed rye crisps/oat crisps
100 g of walnuts
100 g pistachios
100 g of dried cranberries
1 dl of honey
0.5 dl of coconut oil


  1. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and add the honey. When the honey starts to bubble, add the nuts and some crushed crisps to the pan. Bake for about 5 minutes and add the cranberries.
  2. Bake for a few more minutes and then pour the mixture over the baking paper. Allow to cool.
  3. Serve with milk or yoghurt.
